The Marke features a heated rooftop pool with a jumbo LED screen, a rooftop spa, a fully equipped fitness center with professional trainers, a bowling alley in the clubhouse, a conference room, and a complimentary 24-hour car wash station, all with no amenity fee. It's one of the more standout amenity packages in South Coast Metro. The rooftop and bowling alley in particular set it apart.
Yes, The Marke welcomes cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breed and weight restrictions apply, and pet fees are waived for Emotional Support Animals with proper documentation. Pets must be leashed and supervised anytime they're outside your apartment.
The Marke charges a refundable $1,000 pet deposit per pet, due at lease signing, plus $75 per month in pet rent per pet. Fees are waived for documented Emotional Support Animals. Planning for the deposit and monthly rent upfront keeps your move-in budget accurate.
The Marke offers garage parking, with an additional single space available for $150/month. EV charging is offered at $200/month for a dedicated space or $100/month for a shared one. Guests register through Reliant Parking and get four 12-hour and four 24-hour free passes monthly; the garage gates require a fob after 8 PM.
Utilities are not included at The Marke. Residents cover gas, electric, water, trash, sewer, cable, and internet, plus a mandatory $115/month entertainment fee for Smartaira internet and DIRECTV cable (you can opt out of the internet portion). Factoring in that entertainment fee is important when comparing your true monthly cost here.
Plan for a $62.02 application fee per adult plus a security deposit: $500 for a one-bedroom, $600 for a two-bedroom, and $700 for a three-bedroom (on approved credit). The application fee is non-refundable and due at submission, and homes can be held for up to 14 days from the availability date. Remember to factor in the $115/month entertainment fee in your monthly budget.
Household income generally needs to be at least 2.7 times the monthly rent at The Marke. If you earn at least 2 times the rent, you may qualify through The Guarantors deposit-alternative program. The Marke accepts Section 8 housing vouchers but does not accept traditional guarantors at this time.
The Marke offers flexible lease terms between 9 and 13 months, which gives you more room to match a term to your timeline than a standard 12-month-only community.
